He has a specialization in surgery. He is a member of the International Society Urogynecological and Polish Meno and Andropause Society. He has performed at many international conferences, and published articles in national and international medical press. Since 2000, he has directed all the activities of the board of the company, placing great emphasis on research and development of innovative medicines.
