The following provisions constitute the privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) which provides information regarding the collection of data, including the personal data of the users of the service(s) provided by the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter PSCG) with its registered office at Al. Niepodległości 69, 02-626 Warsaw as well as the manner of their processing.

II. Personal data

PSCG makes every effort to ensure that its website swissinnovationday.org will be easy to use and register on for all users. Therefore, in order to ensure security and ease of use, we would like to inform you that by navigating through the website, you consent to the use of cookies by the website as well as other voluntarily provided personal data. The data that you will be asked to provide in the registration forms is necessary for the operation of the website and to provide services. Providing data is voluntary. Not providing the required data will block the feature to which the data pertained.

Publicly Available Personal Data

Personal data provided on swissinnovationday.org websites when sending comments, opinions, etc. are available to all visitors to the websites that contain such data.

IV. Rights of users in regard to personal data

U. [Polish Journal of Laws] of 2002, no. 101, item 926 as amended), including the right to demand the supplementation, updating, and correction of the personal data, the temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, or its deletion, if it is incomplete, out of date, untrue, or was collected in violation of the Act or is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

The user has the right to, at any time, remove his or her personal data by sending such a request by e-mail to conference@swissinnovationday.org

swissinnovationday.org uses technical and organisational means for the purpose of securing the collected personal data in the best possible manner from unauthorised access or improper use by unauthorised persons.

V. Changes to the Privacy Policy

PSCG reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Each user of the swissinnovationday.org website is bound by the current “Privacy Policy”. PSCG will inform of changes in the Privacy Policy on the website.
